Before Transformation:

After the Maritime Police law enforcement vessel of the Coast Guard leaves the shore, it can only transmit the law enforcement record video through satellite. The bandwidth is severely limited and the video cannot be transmitted back to the ground in time.

After transformation: 

Upload the video captured by DV to Video File Companion (Personal Type). The video file is compressed, and the file size and video bit rate are reduced by 4-10 times. The video that used to take 57 minutes to transfer now only takes 3 minutes.
