On April 8th, the second National Advanced Technology Achievement Transformation Conference opened in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. Kejian Zhang, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the State Administration of Science, Technology, and Industry for National Defense, Kunlin Xu, Deputy Secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Jiangsu Province, and Xiaotao Liu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Suzhou Municipal Party Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
